Hop&Hen is a chicken burger, wings and craft beer spot in Viru Food Hall, inside Viru Keskus in the centre of Tallinn. We fry juicy chicken thigh until it crunches, stack it into burgers with sauces like gochujang, Sichuan honey and blue cheese, and pour 16 taps of mostly Estonian craft beer. Any burger can go vegetarian.
